A new 25-storey, 400,000 sf office tower built in the heart of downtown Vancouver’s luxury retail intersection of Thurlow and Alberni Streets. The design was conceived as two interlocking geometric volumes distinguished by different colored glazing and framing systems.

The building contains retail starting on the ground to the third floor.  A generous terrace on the third floor allows for the possibility of a restaurant. The remaining floors are for office. Another large outdoor rooftop terrace is located on the 25dth floor and serves as amenity space for tenants in the building.

The exterior glazed façade exemplifies a high level of technology with the use of glass coatings, different ceramic frit patterns, and different colored glass to achieve optimal performance.
