BBC World News HQ

The central London headquarters for British Broadcasting Corporation News World is a mixture of a new build as well as complete renovations of the original 1930’s Broadcasting House which is Grade 2 listed.  It is the home of BBC News for both TV and radio, as well as the BBC World Service and national radio stations. The building is comprised of open-plan office spaces, technical recording studios, auditorium, library, public cafés, shop, and learning center as well as the largest news broadcasting studio in the world. 

Cladding of the building consists of structural glazing, stone-faced precast, handset stone, metal rainscreen, overhead roof cladding, plant room louvers and internal atria glazed curtain walling.
